By placing an order on paddockavenue.com, you agree to the published terms and conditions set out below and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

ORDERING

When you have completed a purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This means that your order has gone through. However, it is only when you have received a delivery confirmation that your order is approved and sent. Should a problem arise with your order, we will contact you via email in the first instance. In the event of any price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.

PAYMENT

Our payments go through our bank by credit card. All your payment information is protected against unauthorized access.

DELIVERY

In the checkout you will see information about the expected delivery time and prices for all delivery options.

Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service. We reserve the right that during sale and campaign periods there may be a delay in the processing of your order and the delivery time may therefore be longer.

You are responsible for checking that the delivery and the products are undamaged in connection with receiving the package.

PRICES

All prices on our website include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We reserve the right for possible typos on this website and final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

RETURN & RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have 7 days right of return from the day you collect your order, this also applies to reduced-price goods. The item must be returned in its original condition, the item must be unused and have an intact packaging and attached labels. All returns and complaints therefore undergo an approval assessment before they are accepted.

In case of approved cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 21 days.

This contract is subject to French law.
